I was nervous about having my (once) beautiful oak floors sanded and restored. I should not have worried, Vlad did the most FANTASTIC job. I had horrible scarring and damage in some places but when he’d finished, it looked like new. I can’t thank him enough and recommend so, so highly.

Vlad helped with sanding and staining our kitchen floor. Did a great job, a very pleasant person and very professional. When there was a mishap with the little one running on to it before the stain dried, he was quick to come out the next day and did a fantastic job fixing it. Will be using him for all sorts of jobs in the future.

I recently had my 15-year-old oak hardwood floor restored by Vlad from Alpha Floor Sanding, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The floor was badly damaged by prior tenants, but Vlad did a fantastic job making it look like new again. All the scuffs have been beautifully repaired and restored. Vlad even came back for a follow-up visit the next week without any hesitation. The work was completed very quickly, with great quality, and at a reasonable price. The customer service and communication were excellent. Vlad was a pleasure to work with, and I can't recommend him enough. It can be hard to find honest and good traders, and this was a gem of a find.

Arrived on time & although I had been warned by friends it was a really dirty job there was no dust in the house at all. Vlad & his assistant fixed some damage & you wouldn’t know it was there. I would certainly recommend Alpha Floor Sanding

Excellent service by Alpha Floor Sanding Ltd. Punctual and reliable. Vlad did a brilliant job. Stripped off the old varnish and woodstain and re-varnished to show the beautiful colours in the natural wood. Reasonably priced too.
